In order to facilitate the delivery of the order by the carrier, the customer undertakes to make the necessary efforts allowing the delivery of the package: name written on the mailbox, digital code transmission, telephone number.

Please note that for deliveries outside the European Economic Area, any customs charges are your responsibility. Moreover, depending on the country of delivery, restrictions by customs services may apply.

Regarding the receipt of packages, the company FLORIBIS-FRANCE strongly recommends that the customer opens the package (s) in the presence of the delivery person, check the apparent condition of the products and make all the necessary reservations on the delivery receipt. 

In the event of an anomaly (damaged packaging, missing, damaged or broken products) the customer: 

  • must refuse the damaged package (s);
  • must describe precisely on the delivery note the condition of the package (s) justifying its refusal;
  • must date and have these reservations co-signed by the delivery person;
  • will have 24 hours to report to FLORIBIS-FRANCE by email or telephone any problem encountered on delivery. 

 

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN THE EVENT OF AN ABSENCE DURING DELIVERY? 

In the event of absence during delivery, the deliverer will notify the customer who will then have to contact him to reschedule a delivery.

In the event that the order is not collected from the delivery person by the CUSTOMER, or in the event of a problem with the delivery address provided by the CUSTOMER, FLORIBIS-FRANCE will contact the CUSTOMER to confirm the return of the order. In the absence of a response from the CLIENT within 3 days of this reminder, the company FLORIBIS-FRANCE will consider that the CLIENT has asserted his right of withdrawal on this order.
